  The Drama Workhouse provides education and training to adults and children in drama and the Arts. Courses are led by professional working actors and offer participants the opportunity to explore their creativity in a safe, fun and non-competitive environment. In addition to their weekly acting courses, The Drama Workhouse develops community-based workshops and programs for at-risk and underprivileged youth in London. Friends of The Drama Workhouse include Dame Judi Dench, Sophie Dahl, Gail Porter, Anna Chancellor, and Ken Livingstone, Mayor of London, among others.
