Accommodation is in four interconnected towers of 6,7,9 and 12 floors respectively. There are four Guest Lifts in service between reception and the 11th Floor (access to the 12th Floor is via a short flight of stairs from the 11th Floor). Two of these lifts also service the Health Club on the lower ground level.

With seating for 165 people, Hugo's Rotisserie is situated at street level just off Tottenham Court Road. This modern restaurant currently serves hot snacks and incorporates the main bar of the hotel.
