We are a London based group of strategic consultants and designers with the ear of senior management. Although brand strategy and design are only two of the many things we do. We don’t employ any juniors for client work and our focus is on creating break-through concepts that change the way people think about our clients’ brands. We have done everything from created loyalty programmes, developed better call centres, led brand-focused culture change programmes and innovated new product design.
