At New River, you complete our 30-minute workout at your own pace. All you have to do is keep your heart-rate at a constant 60-80% of your own personal “maximum heart rate” (don't worry we'll help you find it! It's different for everyone). Staying in this ‘zone' for a constant 30 minutes, 3 times a week will guarantee you get fit, lose inches and control your weight in the easiest way possible.
We have a circle of 20 different exercise stations. You start at any one of them and move from one to the other every 30 or 40 seconds. In 30 minutes you complete a full and balanced workout.
