We teach all different styles of fitness, dance and circus. We have a dedicated yoga and pilates studio.
The Vertical Studio is a new concept in fitness for all of the family. Over 5,000 sq feet of circus, dance, fitness, beauty and child care facilities under one roof. Located in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, in a beautifully restored Victorian house and hall.
All classes Vertical Studio dance, fitness and circus classes are taught by specialist trained and qualified staff. It is our goal to provide continually up to date fitness and dance lessons to make exercise fun for all.
