Yoga Wellbeing



    Group yoga classes in Clapham with Yoga Wellbeing. Most of our classes are mixed-level, suitable for both beginners and those with more experience. We currently offer two different styles a faster, more dynamic Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga or a slower, alignment-based Hatha Yoga. For full descriptions please see below. All classes include breathing, awareness and meditation practises as well as asanas (postures).
